The hotel location is awesome, very close to Faisalia and Mamlka towers, malls, and Tahliya street with all the resturants and neccessities. The hotel is clean and their facilities and services are on point. Breakfast is amazing with a huge varity.The rooms are great and are fully equiped with everything and then some. They have a ladies gym and a mens gym sperate which was handy. Room service is spot on. I would also like to give a special Thank you to the receptionist Ms. Ghadi, she was a great help to me upon my arrival and very welcoming during our stay.

It is my first time to travel and book a hotel in Saudia Arabia, I was amazed by the hospitality, the kindness of the people, the development and alot more. The room was so nice and clean. The toiletries were put in a generous amounts. The buffet was clean and generously put as if I was invited to a friend's home. Ms. Shrouq and Mr. Yahya were so hospitable, they even provided me with a full board instead of a half board even though I wasn't able to use it. They were kind enough to suggest best places to visit around Riyadh. I truly felt I was at home, Thank you all💗

We arrived at the check-in desk, a guy called Mohammad Al Sa’ad was extremely welcoming, we booked a normal twin bedroom but he upgraded us to an executive suite for free, he also offered us a complimentary breakfast for two people for two night although it was not included in our booking. Not only this, he offered us a free lunch for the 1st day. We were amazed by the hospitality we received. On the other hand, the hotel has an incredible location, I would definitely stay again when visiting Riyadh. Thanks to Mohammad for his warm welcoming, he doesn’t represent the hospitality of the hotel only but also the hospitality and kindness of the Saudi people.

The stay was excellent and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. A few of the names that I can recollect are Saheed, Masud Rana, Jamal, Saleem and Jocel. They went the extra mile to make us feel home. One of my friends was an eggetarian, and the F&B Manager got her some parathas and Indian veg curries at no additional cost. I will highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in Riyadh especially for women traveling for work!

Everything. From the first moment, staff were very welcoming and we were given a complimentary upgrade and breakfast which made our stay exceptional, thank you to the manager Mohammed. Very good customer service and a warm welcome, the breakfast selection was amazing for all 3 of us, facilities clean and tidy. 10/10, will definitely be coming back again.

Aside from the room that was clean my view in the window was absolutely great which you can have a free sight-seeing of King Faisalaliyah Tower and the King Fahad Plaza. I was able to observe the scenery from day and night time.

This hotel is one of my favourite hotels in Riyadh. I stayed a few times and always my first choice when I visit Riyadh. The hotel is close to city center, very convenient. The staff Anwar and Maha are super nice and very helpful during my stay especially in Ramadan time. The hotel is clean and facilities are very good. I have everything I need.

The suite with bath was excellent and exceeded my expectation. The staff, at check-in were warm and communicative which provided an excellent start to my stay. I used the swimming pool and found that certainly matched my expectation - well done!
